The service was amazing, and check-in was super smooth. The kitchen had all the appliances you could need, and my room was spacious and very comfortable. I loved the modern decor and excellent shower pressure. The location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions.

The room was spotlessly clean and we thoroughly enjoyed a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and coffee and tea making equipment. Kitchen allowed us to cook. It had particularly good and magnificent location right at Confederation Park.

this hotel was excellent in every respect, had affable staff from check-in to check-out. i had well-equipped and well decorated room with a fully furnished kitchen and a comfortable bed. i loved absolutely perfect location, just next door to parliament and shopping/dining and shops, restaurants, parliament area and other attractions. i tried some drinks at sushi bar shinka sushi bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

The apartment was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We had a comfortable stay with everything needed at our fingertips.

The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit sketchy, with numerous homeless individuals around the vicinity.

The room we had included climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven...

The staff was helpful and incredibly friendly, provided me with an immaculately clean studio suite.

perfect base for city strolls and landmark visits

during my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to iconic spots like Parliament Hill, just a 10-minute stroll away, and the beautiful Confederation Park, located just a few steps from the hotel, making my weekend explorations easy.

great experience but some improvements needed

The staff at the front desk were warm and responsive. The room was nice and neat, with an extensive range of amenities. I appreciated the laundromat on each floor and the awesome gym facilities. It's a short walk to key attractions. Many guests liked the spacious layout of the apartments, which I also found to add to the comfort of our stay.

We appreciated the super clean apartment equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen. Our teenage kids loved staying so close to downtown attractions, especially the Supreme Court of Canada, only a short walk away.

In my wife's opinion, clearer communication about cleaning services would enhance the stay.

We had a great group vacation! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We loved being close to the Supreme Court and ByWard Market. The kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Plus, the nearby restaurants were fantastic, offering lots of choices just a short walk away.

One downside was that the gym equipment was not functional on multiple days, a letdown for us.

The bed was super cozy, and the room was spacious and clean. I loved having the well-equipped kitchen-it made breakfast easy. Props for the strong WiFi! The whole check-in process was cool too. I didn't have to deal with a front desk.

the parking was tight. especially for larger vehicles. but the location was fantastic and we easily found lots of places to eat nearby. check-in was super smooth too!

The location of this place is very convenient, as it's close to City Hall, and the rooms are well decorated and have all the amenities I needed, like climate control, multi-channel TV.
